Policy Information: Tumbling-Cheer-Dance

  1. There’s a one time non-refundable registration fee of $15/yr/child to keep your child’s spot in the class and go towards the recital. Registration is due one week prior to starting class in order to make sure there are enough children in the class to open it. Tuition is due no later than the first day of each session and is non-refundable. Lessons quit mid month will not be pro-rated either. A $15 charge will be applied to all returned checks and there is a late fee of $15 if payment is not received by the 2nd class. If a child cannot attend class, please call me to discuss your options since I only allow one makeup class in the session it was missed. Your account needs to be current for your child to participate in class and the recital. Recital outfit is $20-$25 and due the end of January for the May recital.
  2. All classes need to wear a leotard or modest attire showing no under garments or bare midriffs, leotards are great for tumbling classes. Shirts should be fitted, long and tucked in, not baggy. No denim shorts or pants and shorts/capris should be comfortable and fitted. Hair must be tied up and out of face and no footwear required except for cheer class.
  3. No jewelry (small earrings ok) is to be worn for safety reasons and no gum, eating or drinking (water bottles ok) is allowed in the gym. Should a student act disrespectful to a peer or teacher, we reserve the right to remove the student from class and notify the parent(s).
  4. Please do not arrive earlier than 5 min. prior to class due to limited space. Please remind your children to use the restroom and get a drink before class. Please be respectful and not park in my neighbors driveways. For safety reasons, promptly pick your child up from class so that they are not wandering around. If there is an emergency, please call me ASAP.
  5. No parents will be allowed to stay (except for parent-tot class, the first day of class and recital) during class due to room size. It has been my experience that the children do not participate as well when there is an audience. This policy will be strictly enforced and any family who cannot abide by this policy will be asked to leave. This is for insurance liability reasons and for the comfort of my family and neighbors.
Specialty Fitness Classes

The cost is $100 (2 days a week) or $150 (3 days a week) a person for a 4 week session. The classes must have 4 people to remain open and you must sign up and come on your specific days. If you would like to do more than 2 days a week, you will receive 10% off for 2 or more classes per session. New sessions start the first of each month or every 4 weeks.

Boot Camp Fitness Class - approximately 45 min - 1 hour

We perform stretching, a variety of agility and group drills, 1 min. strength exercises alternated with 1 min. cardio bursts, some obstacle courses/circuits and challenging activities that will sculpt your body, help you firm up and decrease your body fat, and help you lose weight and inches.

No matter what your athletic ability or fitness level is, you will work at your own pace, be given personal attention, have fun and meet new people. I offer a free evaluation which includes a fitness assessment, body fat/measurements, and healthy eating tips.

This is an incredible price for fitness instruction compared to other boot camps in the valley, especially since I only allow up to 8 people in a class compared to 25-30 people in other boot camps. This is a workout that will keep you coming back for more. So, reserve your spot now to the feel the strongest and best you ever have and to make fitness a priority in your life.

Location All classes are held at my gym except for the boot camp class, which is also held in East Mesa near Greenfield and Southern. When the weather cools down, we might have it at Castlegate Park across from Simonton School. If we do have it outdoors, you will need a padded mat(preferred) or bring a towel, small hand weights 5-10lbs, or preferably a Sports Authority Body Fit Weighted Bar, starting at $15 which features detachable dumbbells (9-18lbs) and is foam padded.

  2. Please call me 24 hours prior to your scheduled time if an emergency arises since I only allow one makeup class in the session missed. Make ups won’t be carried over to a new session. If you have a trip planned or items scheduled when you sign up, please speak to me in advance to work something out.
  3. You are buying a 4 week package, not a specific number of classes. For example, you buy a season pass to Diamondbacks, you go to all the games you can, if you miss a game, they don’t reschedule the game or give you a refund. If I cancel due to weather or family emergency, I will make the necessary adjustments by offering a makeup class or having you attend another boot camp class.
  4. To effectively achieve results, it is imperative that you commit to attending your scheduled training sessions on a regular basis and make it a priority. The average individual can see noticeable results with in 4-6 weeks of consistent training.
